Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹40.
Applicable shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.
Delivery Timelines
We ship through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times within India are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email and/or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment until it reaches you. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working to expand our delivery network, so please check back for updates.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete at checkout. Walk Shark is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
